A ion of films by well-known directors as well as surprising
successes by young filmmakers that gained attention at other
international film festivals will be shown at the German Film Festival
in HCM City from September 27 to October 4.
A Vietnamese horror film directed by Le Van Kiet,
Ngoi Nha Trong Hem (The House in the Alley), has received invitations to
join several US film festivals after its trailer was posted last month
on the entertainment website the Internet Movie Database.
